ABC Diet Days 1-3






Over Labor Day weekend I binged for 5 days straight. Gained a shit ton of weight. Then started the ABC diet on Tuesday. It's been really good, I have already lost 5lbs (prob just water weight but still). Here's my intake for the days...

Day 1: 500 or less
  • 2 gummy vitamins (yum) - 20
  • Yogurt x2- 100
  • water packets x3- 15
  • carrots w/ dressing- 43
  • pickle- 5
  • latte- 100 (?)
    • Total =283
Day 2: 500 or less
  • 2 gummy vitamins- 20
  • oatmeal-135
  • water packets x4- 20
  • salad w/ dressing- 98
  • celery- 10
  • coffee- 50
  • yogurt- 60
  • carrots- 35
  • pickle-5
    • Total =433
Day 3: 300 
  • 2 gummy vitamins- 20
  • oatmeal- 75
  • coffee-50
  • yogurt- 50
  • carrots w/ dressing- 43
  • celery- 10
  • water packets x3- 15
  • maybe a diet coke tonight-0 
    • Total =263

So thats that with the eating.


I read Portia de Rossi's book, Unbearable Lightness. It's utterly amazing. I related so much to her story. Is it sad that when she was at her lowest weight (82 i believe) and talking about all the health problems and pain she was in, I was still jealous of her determination to accomplish such a low weight?... Anyways, it's a great book and my new thinspo reading!
